The European Network of Workplace Democracy organizes a monthly seminar open to all those who are interested to the topic. Each seminar lasts around 2 hours and will feature a talk from an expert in the field, followed by a discussion with participants. Reflecting the highly interdisciplinary composition of the network, invited speakers come from a variety of academic backgrounds, and their presentations may cover empirical or theoretical topics.
